Welcome to Weave Of Lucknow. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Weave Of Lucknow. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or place an order.
Every piece we sell is hand-embroidered, so small variations in thread work, motif placement and finish are natural and are not defects. We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Product descriptions, prices and availability can change at any time, and we may discontinue a product or limit the quantity sold.
You place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp, or by email or phone. Your order is accepted only once we have confirmed it with you and received your payment in full. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a piece is out of stock or information was listed incorrectly; if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full. Once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to cancel it.
By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission), that the details you give us are accurate, and that your purchase is for personal use and not for resale.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one we confirm when you place your order. Delivery within India is currently free. Payments are made by UPI, or by credit card, debit card or net banking through Razorpay. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
All content on this website, including product photographs, text, designs, logos and the Weave Of Lucknow name, belongs to Weave Of Lucknow and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish or otherwise use any of it, including our product photos, without our written permission.
You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping or copying its content, or sending spam or harmful code through it.
This website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Razorpay and other third-party services. We're not responsible for their content or policies, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Occasionally, product descriptions, prices or availability on this site may contain errors. We may correct them and, where necessary, update or cancel an order affected by the error, refunding you in full if you've already paid.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and the terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that order.
