🧾 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We, at Weave of Lucknow, value your trust and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns only in the rare case where the product received has a major damage or manufacturing defect.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not applicable on discounted or sale items. Such products are eligible for exchange only.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at weaveoflucknow@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images of the product showing the damage or defect.
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange is applicable for size issues or minor defects only.
- Discounted or sale products are eligible for exchange only, not for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse; once received and inspected, the replacement will be processed.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests where the item has a confirmed major damage or defect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is successfully received and inspected at our warehouse.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Accessories, discounted products, and items purchased during sale events.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, washing, or alteration by the customer.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are requested to safely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking details.
